In the PU science stream, you will deal with foundational science subjects such as Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics and a few electives such as IT, Electronics and Computer Science. If you are interested in Engineering you can choose PCM or Physics + Chemistry + Mathematics as core subjects and PCMB or Physics + Chemistry + Mathematics + Biology for medicine.
