PU 2 – 2025: A Quick Overview
The Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board (KSEAB) conducted the PUC II examinations from March 1 to March 20, 2025. A total of 6,37,805 students appeared for the exams, with 4,68,439 successfully passing, resulting in an overall pass percentage of 73.45%.
When compared to the 2024 results, where the pass percentage stood at 81.15%, this year’s figures indicate a decline of 7.7 percentage points. This reduction is primarily due to the board’s decision to enhance the rigor of the evaluation process and discontinue the practice of awarding general grace marks.
