KCET 2025 Dates Announced

The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has officially released the schedule for the Common Entrance Test (CET) 2025. This exam is conducted for admissions to various professional courses like Engineering, Naturopathy & Yoga, B. Pharma, Pharma-D, Agriculture (Farm Science), Veterinary, and B.Sc. (Nursing).

KCET 2025 Exam Dates and Timings

  • 16th April 2025 (Wednesday):
    • Physics: 10:30 AM to 11:50 AM (60 Marks)
    • Chemistry: 2:30 PM to 3:50 PM (60 Marks)
  • 17th April 2025 (Thursday):
    • Mathematics: 10:30 AM to 11:50 AM (60 Marks)
    • Biology: 2:30 PM to 3:50 PM (60 Marks)
  • 18th April 2025 (Friday):
    • Kannada Language Test (for Horanadu and Gadinadu Kannadiga candidates): 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM (4th Standard Level, 50 Marks)

Key Highlights

  • Online Application: Registration starts from 23rd January 2025. Candidates must ensure they use only one mobile number to complete the application process, as OTP verification is mandatory.
  • Claim Certificate Verification:
    • A “Claim Certificate” will be enabled for download after application submission.
    • If the certificate status is “Successfully Verified,” no further verification is required.
    • If it shows “Claimed Verified” or “Claimed Not Verified,” candidates must submit the CET-2025 application form and relevant original documents to their college authorities.
  • Special Category Certificate Submission:
    • Dates for submission (e.g., NCC, Sports, Defence, etc.) will be announced later on the KEA website.

Important Notes

  • Candidates do not need to upload any documents while filling out the application this year.
  • Application is common for professional courses like Medical, Dental, AYUSH, Architecture, and more. Ensure you register for CET-2025 to claim admission in these courses.
