The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) on June 10, 2018, announced the results of JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) Advanced. Seeking admission to one of the 23 IITs across the country, our toppers Aniruddha R Latkar, Devcharan Krishna Naik, Dhanusha K, and Karthik D have outperformed many to secure all-India ranks of 179, 355, 387, and 924 respectively.

Speaking about his remarkable feat, Aniruddha said “The environment at Deeksha was very conducive. It motivated me to prepare well for JEE Advanced. The mock tests are given by our teachers helped me understand the questionnaire pattern and avoid mistakes. I intend to pursue Aerospace Engineering at IIT Bombay or IIT Madras.”

1.55 lakh students across the country appeared for the JEE Advanced examination of which 18,138 have qualified. The counseling and seat allotment for JEE Advanced will begin from June 15 onwards. Selected candidates will secure admission into undergraduate programs that will further help in obtaining an integrated master’s or bachelor-master dual degree in architecture, science, or engineering.

For the first time, JEE Advanced was conducted online on May 20th, 2018.
